We’ve heard the term “brainpower” but what is it all about? You might find a definition that relates to a person’s “intellectual capacity.” The problem is that it doesn’t provide a good explanation about whether it’s just someone’s intelligence quotient (IQ) or not.

Instead, it might be better to define brainpower regarding using one’s brain effectively. That’s because power itself is about performing a certain act effectively. Brainpower is about using the potential of one’s cranium.

The term is very complex and isn’t just about intelligence. For example, Albert Einstein had a higher IQ than Henry Ford, but both of them used their mental capacity to the fullest extent.
